The editorial board does not disclose information about the manuscripts of articles (including their receipt, content, status in the process of consideration, critique of reviewers or final fate) to other persons except the Author / authors and reviewers. This includes requests for the use of materials for legitimate actions.

The editorial board clearly explains to its reviewers that the manuscripts submitted for review are the property of the Author / authors. Therefore, reviewers and members of the editorial board respect the rights of the Author / authors without discussing publicly their work and not assigning their ideas. Reviewers are not allowed to make copies of manuscripts for their files, and also it is forbidden to pass it to other persons. Transfer to other persons may only be carried out with the permission of the Chief Editor. Reviewers must return or destroy copies of article manuscripts after submission the reviews. The editorial board does not keep copies of rejected manuscripts.

Comments by reviewers can not be published or otherwise disclosed without the permission of the Reviewer, the Author / authors, and the Chief Editor.

Reviews are not published along with manuscripts of articles. However, reviewers' comments may be sent to other people who review the same manuscript, which helps reviewers understand the review process.
